1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "the player", "the member") and r88 ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the r88 website at r88.lt and all services offered through it.

By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the r88 platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. 2 Eligibility

r88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned minus any applicable fees.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on r88. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If a player is found to have registered more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. r88 uses your Philippine mobile number to send OTP verification during registration and for subsequent account security checks.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If any of your personal details change, you must update your account information promptly through your account dashboard. r88 is not liable for issues arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

r88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that was opened in violation of these Terms.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

r88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard platform practice. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and when transaction volumes reach certain thresholds.

KYC verification requires submission of the following through your r88 account dashboard:

• A valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, voter's ID, or PRC ID).
• A selfie or photo with the submitted ID, as required by the verification system.
• Proof of payment method where requested (e.g., a screenshot showing your name on your e-wallet or bank account).

r88 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Account activity, including withdrawals, may be paused while KYC documents are under review. Providing false, altered, or misleading documents is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Completing KYC verification also unlocks higher deposit and withdrawal limits and faster withdrawal processing on your account.

5 Deposits

All deposits on r88 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). r88 supports the following deposit methods available to Philippine players:

• Mobile banking apps from supported Philippine banks
• Bank transfer (interbank transfers)
• Local e-wallets including GCash and Maya, subject to availability

Deposits are generally credited to your r88 account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and banking hours. r88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. r88 may ask you to verify your payment method before a withdrawal is approved.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have:

• A verified identity (KYC completed).
• A positive real-money balance equal to or greater than the withdrawal amount.
• Met any applicable activity requirements associated with bonuses credited to your account.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your account verification status, the payment method selected, and current processing volumes. VIP members with higher tier rankings benefit from priority withdrawal processing. If a withdrawal is declined due to a failed verification check, the funds will remain in your account balance pending resolution. r88 will contact you via your registered email or mobile number with details of any documentation required.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on r88 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, fish games, and other game categories — are subject to the specific rules displayed at the point of placing a bet or starting a game session. These specific game and betting rules form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules that apply across the r88 platform include:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues or technical errors are not considered valid and will not be settled.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other players or using multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers or distort betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the platform in connection with money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) without first raising a dispute with r88 support.
